Ruby+Berry+Iced+Tea

Summer Lemon Iced Tea

8 SERVINGS

3/4 of a bottle Bella Sabatina Lemon Meringue Artisan Tea Essence

20 ice cubes

Fresh ginger - peel and shred a chunk approximately the size of a thumb

1 lemon - sliced, with the rind

1 cup sugar syrup (you can find the sugar syrup recipe here - scroll down)

Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Directions:  In a 2 qt. pitcher put the ice cubes, ginger, sugar syrup and lemon slices. Then add the Lemon Meringue tea essence. Mix well.  Add ice cold water to fill the pitcher.  The ginger in this recipe gives a special kick that is very refreshing.  Garnish with fresh mint leaves.

Ruby Berry Mix

3/4 of a bottle Bella Sabatina Very Berry Artisan Tea Essence

20 ice cubes

6 fresh cherries, halved

1 cup sugar syrup (you can find the sugar syrup recipe here - scroll down)

1/2 cup vodka

Directions:  In a 2 qt. pitcher put the ice cubes, cherries, sugar syrup and vodka. Then add the Very Berry tea essence. Mix well.  Add ice cold water to fill the pitcher.  Presto!
